SPS Tutoring

In Fall 2013, our SPS chapter started offering peer tutoring to all physics majors who may need help in their courses. In order to be a tutor, an SPS member must have completed all courses through Quantum Physics, to ensure thorough knowledge to help those in need of tutoring. Our members work two-hour shifts every weekday in order to offer daily tutoring available from 4-6pm every weekday in room 1304 in the John Toll Building. This has been a great program on many levels. It allows our members experience with tutoring and teaching, it helps students in need, and it spreads the word about our organization.
